Payment Reminder

Apparently there is a way to send a Payment Reminder through EBay 3 days after an auction has ended.
Does anyone know how to do this, I can't seem to find it?

i've not got anything sold so can't check to confirm but if you go to your account and items sold there 'should' be a drop down box to change item status (i think). Pretty sure the payment reminder is in there0

That's what I thought as well but can't see it in there?0

If you click on payment status you can re-send the invoice or send an invoice reminder? That's all I can find though!0

The system changed at some point last year, all you can do now is resend the inoice.
However, 3 days for a reminder is way too early, leave it a week before sending an e mail asking the buyer whether they received the original invoice and asking them to contact you if there is a problem.

That might explain it, I remember seeing it somewhere in the past. Nearly a week now and I have a feeling I have 2 non-paying bidders on my hands... 1 has a neutral for non-payment and the other bought an item very similar to mine but at a lower price.... Just got a bad feeling about this!soolin wrote:The system changed at some point last year, all you can do now is resend the inoice.
