I nearly hit the spam button, but suspect (fear!) you might be genuine.
Looks like a money-making company offering to do things you can do yourself.
Work out your benefit entitlement? Apply to the LA for housing for you?
Why pay for these services?!
(but to answer your question - no, I have no personal experience of them)0 -
Yeah thats what I thought, the thing is looking myself all I come across are scams, suppose i should just keep looking, thank you xThank you to all the lovely posters on here!!! xx:heart2:xx0

Firstly, as G_M says, they are offering to do things for you, for a fee, that you can do for yourself for free.
Secondly, I have just done a quick search of Kingston Upon Thames, link to results below:
http://www.fasttrak.co.uk/Properties.aspx/Search?location=kingston
Now. I don't know for sure but, with a pretty good knowledge of this area, the benefits system and a lot of landlords views on housing benefit locally, I doubt that:
Option A - on one of the best roads in Putney (not KT1, SW15) would not take HB, and, with the budget being around £2400pcm for a 5 bed house in that area (until April) I doubt they would pay the rent of £5000 per week.
Option F - Brand new house on one of the best roads in South West London, on a private estate. They won't take HB.
The list goes on.
All their search has done is regurgitate rightmove, zoopla or globrix or some other aggregator to make it look like they have options for people.
This suggests they have no 'specially selected' landlords at all.0 -
Right I see thank you for that, They are now well and truely out of the picture! thank you xThank you to all the lovely posters on here!!! xx:heart2:xx0
