Daughters Kiddie Zoom packed up last weekend - 3 months old.Got it as a present from Grandma so no receipt.

I contact V-Tech who said no problem package it up and send it back. 3 days later brand new Kiddie Zoom.

That's impressive considering you had no receipt. Most companies wouldn't even have considered a repair or replacement.

Good on V-Tech but I must ask why as it was a present from Grandma is there no receipt? If Grannie buys something do the stores refuse to give them a receipt? What makes grannie/auntie/uncle/a.n.other so different to anyone else?

The mind boggles with the number of people who post on here where they can't find/don't have a receipt for goods which usually aren't cheap to buy.

Why when people buy stuff do they find it so blooming difficult to keep the b****y receipt?....:mad:
