Broken Pandora Bracelet

Hi, can anyone advise me on what to do.
I have a silver Pandora bracelet (cost £60) whihc I bought from an official Pandora shop on 14th Feb. It was from gift vouchers I recieved for my birthday.

The bracelet has been worn on 5 occasions, each for a few hours and has been fine, no problems.

Last saturday I went into the same Pandora shop and bought a clip as the beads were moving a bit. The young lad who served me took my bracelet off as I was wearing it and he put the new clip onto the bracelet. He was a bit rough / clumsy but was friendly and I wasn't particularly bothered as was too please with my new clip.

When I got home and took the bracelet off I noticed the clasp was a bit loose. When I did it back up I noticed that there was now a bit gap where the clasp does up and it also is quite loose.

I am sure that their member of staff has damaged the bracelet and whilst I accept that accidents happen, I want my bracelt replaced as it is less than a moth old!

Can anyone suggest best way of dealing with this as I don't want to make a fuss but do want this sorted. Also I am near the shop tomorrow so can pop in.

Perhaps just go in and explain things just as you have here? Hopefully, they're replace it without a quibble :)

Usually if you just pop into the shop, they'll fix it there and then for you! They have really good customer service IMO.

Update. I phoned the shop yesterday and the lady who answered was really nice. Went into store today and they swapped the bracelet for a new one with no fuss what so ever and put the beads on the replacement bracelet and put it on my wrist.
They were really nice as well.

FULL STARS for Milton Keynes Pandora shop staff.
Was so pleased bought another bead too!
