hi thanks for the more positive posts
we would sell it would take a while but the area is the only one where first time buyers can buy so we would sell but my take a year or so at the moment
that was what im worried about insecurity in renting but if it means doing it forever to give my kids more then that is what ill have to do hope id find a good landlord the area is were i used to live i come from a working family always lived in a nice area and i think its sad that people like us cant afford to live in a decent area we have tolive in a scummy area and we get peoples negative opinions. when we started renting this house we spent £8000 of our saved money on redecoration and a new kitchen and bathroom because it was a complete dive then at the end of the months we sometimes had to buy nappies and formula milk on credit cards for our baby it wasnt easy at all
i am really scared of giving it up but even though i hate it but i dont see as we have any choice0 -

I'd sell up if it will release equity to pay off debts, it's just a shame that yet another property has been removed from a local authority's control which could have housed a family in need.
YOU WOULD ONLY COMPLAIN IF IT STILL WAS A COUNCIL HOUSE CAUSE SOMEONE WOULD MOVE IN AND GET FREE COUNCIL TAX AND HOUSING BENIFIT WHICH WE NEVER GOT EVEN WHEN OUR HOUSEHOLD INCOME WAS £10,000 A YEAR GET BACK TO WORK SO THAT YOU CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT TAX YOU ARE PAYING
