IVA&Moving abroad.

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I entered onto an IVA last year and have not completed my first year yet. I am contemplating to move abroad as my partner might have a great work offer in Germany.
If I moved to Germany, I would have to give up my job here and find a new job in Germany which might take me a while as I am not fluent in german. If that's the case, Could I move abroad having an IVA and let it fail and then fil in for Bankrutpcy while I am abroad? If so how does it work?
