ok bit more info, these people have taken it to the land registry adjudication and are asking for right of way for any purpose and for any vehicle gained by implied access under section 62 of the LPA 1925 act?? the deeds my mum have have no mention of implied access although some deeds from 1987 have been lost and my mum has conceded that there may have been implied access but it would have been for agricultural purposes she has offered ROW for agricultural purposes but not for any purpose or any vehicle which is what they are now fighting for. She is thinking of giving in but is worried about all the cost and thinks she might lose everything, her solicitor started her statemnet but now no more money to continue so mum has to finish it herself.0
