setting up and running a holiday letting flat

Many years ago i rented my flat out as a holiday let and it was quite profitable with high occupency and good yield-i know the laws have changed but was wondering if anyone could advise about it these days?

Unless you are very old, the law has not changed recently (not since 1988 anyway).0

the tax treatment has changed very recently, might even be wef 11/12 - but not my area so don't know what changed0
