Videoing screen activity internally

I am experiencing problems with a certain website and have contacted the webmaster to explain what was going wrong. Unfortunately they could replicate the behaviour so have asked if I could email them a video of the site failing.
I could video the screen externally with a cam but am sure there must be a much neater way to make a video of what was going on in the screen. So does anyone know how I could do this without the use of a camcorder?

Screenr is a great tool for recording a PC's display. I think it uses Java, so you don't need to install anything. You then get a URL that you can pass on, which links to the video.
You can also "tweet" the videos with Twitter, and make that the default option, but you can just get the URL if you prefer.0 -
