Hi, I'm hoping someone can clarify what I believe to be an illegal charge. I ordered a salon uniform from Healthandbeautywear.co.uk. It arrived today, but the trousers do not fit. Not necessarily illegal per se, just misinforming. If the customer doesn't quote DSR when returning, then they can charge if they like.

But if there's nothing about responsibility for return postage under DSR in their T&Cs, then Mark is indeed correct that the firm is liable for return postage as well.

One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.
