Problems with Energyhelpline and USwitch... (or is it just me?!)

Following Martin's advice I've just been into the two recommended sites for a comparison. Energyhelpline would let me compare gas only – great as I'm with Good Energy and don't want to switch my leccy – but when I clicked through it said I could only switch to British Gas through them as all the other companies weren't supported by their service... Very strange.
Thought I'd then try USwitch, but I can't get them to give me a quote only for switching gas.
Can anyone advise?

try one of the other switching sites out there:

https://www.simplyswitch.com
https://www.energylinx.co.uk
I know that some do let you switch to other suppliers for gas only0
