Heater blowing cold air

1st thing to do is also the cheapest - make sure that it is set on cold
2nd thing is to check the water level in the radiator -- if its low, that could be an easy and ultra cheap fix for you.0 -
This happened on one of our old cars, it was an electrical fault. Think it was about £60 to fix.0

Sounds like thermostat stuck open. Cost to fix depends, I suppose, on how much he/she can do themselves. Shouldn't be much, but no doubt a Renault expert will be along soon...Shouldn't be a big deal, unless its buried deep in the mechanicals somewhere.0

I suspect that like the majority of the driving public, they never check fluid levels so I'd be checking water. If thats low I'd also be checking the oil because IME once the oil gets very low, the vehicle starts going through water.0
