I can send email but cannot receive it.I use windows mail and it was all ok this morning before i left for work. the error message i keep getting is-
Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Cannot connect to POP server 62.254.26.205 (62.254.26.205:995), connect error 10061', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90
any ideas?

You send email to an SMTP server, but receive it using POP3 or IMAP. It looks like you can't connect to your POP3 server. Does it work if you disable SSL?0

At a guess your ISP's POP server is downIt said on the box requires Windows 7 or better, so I bought a MAC0

I have found that the Virgin (ex-NTL) webmails have got worse and worse wince they switched to Google for their mail handling.Signaller, author, father, carer.0
