Terms and Conditions of the prize:
The prize includes:
- 2 Air France return flights departing from Great Britain to Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe via Paris: the tickets are nominative, non exchangeable, non refundable (Reservation class: L). The offer is valid for a year as from the date of the prize draw (subject to availabilities and excluding school holidays)
- An 8 days / 7 nights stay at the CREOLE BEACH HOTEL & SPA**** in Gosier in Guadeloupe for 2 people in sea view room. Valid one year as from the date of the prize draw (subject to availabilities and excluding school holidays)
- American breakfast offered during the period of the stay at the hotel

The prize excludes:
- Airport taxes, fuel overcharge, reservation fees, any excess baggage
- Airport/hotel/airport transfers
- Spa access
- Meals not mentioned, drinks, any hotel services, personal expenditure.


Atout France Terms and conditions :
1. Our prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 and over and not employed by Atout France, or persons directly involved in the administration of this prize draw. These offers are only applicable in the United Kingdom.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entries for each competition must be received by 15 April 2011. Atout France cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit.
3. Entry to each competition is restricted to one entry per household. Addresses will be checked.
4. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Atout France takes no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prize received in this promotion.
5. Atout France reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the client. The prize is subject to availability and is to be taken as stated.
6. All correct and complete entries will be entered into the prize draw which will take place on 1 June 2011, and entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of any terms and conditions attendant on the prize.
The prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
7. The prize will be awarded to the first name drawn at random from all complete entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 28 days. The judges decision will be final. Atout France will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of Atout France shall be final and legally binding.
8. By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and any conditions.
9. Winners will be responsible for insurance and making the necessary health checks.
