TURTLES TALE Competition - Term and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are the rules ("Rules") which apply to the TURTLES TALE Competition available on the following websites: https://www.myvue.com and https://www.facebook.com/vuecinemas ("Competition") and by entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. The Competition is promoted by OPTIMUM RELEASING LIMITED ("Promoter"). The Promoter has agreed with Vue Services Limited, 10 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5XS ("Vue") that the Competition will be marketed via certain of Vue's websites, as listed above.
3. This Competition is open to all residents of the UK, except Promoter or Vue employees or those of their respective affiliates and their close relatives or any person connected to the Competition. By entering the Competition, the Promoter assumes (and you warrant) that you are aged 18 or over or, if you are under 18, that your parent or guardian has consented to your entry and these Rules. Proof of age, identity and eligibility, and parental or guardian consent (where appropriate) may be requested.
4. The Competition opens at 00:01 GMT on 17th March 2011. Entries received before this time and date will not be considered.
5. To enter entrants will need to register their details upon the Vue Cinemas Facebook page
6. Closing time for entries is 23:59 GMT on 31st March 2011. Submissions received after this time will not be considered, so please do not wait until the last minute to submit your entry.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted. If you submit more than one entry, only the first entry received will be considered.
8. A winner will be pulled randomly from the list of entries.
9. There will be one (1) winning entrant ("Winner") who will be contacted by the Promoter or by Vue on behalf of the Promoter no later 8th April 2011. If the Winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry. To obtain the name and county of residence of the prize Winner, please send an SAE to the Promotions Manager at Vue Services Limited, 10 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5XS by no later than 31st March 2011
10. Entrants must agree to take part in any post-Competition publicity if required.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
12. There is one prize available for the winning entrant as follows ("Prize"):

• A Family Holiday to the Island of Zakynthos, Greece
• Holiday is for 1 week during May-June or September-October 2011 only
• Return flights for 4 people will be provided from Gatwick Airport during May-June or Sept -Oct 2011. Transfers from the airport to the accommodation will be provided. (Transfers to Gatwick from the winners residence not included.)
• Holiday is available for up to 4 people (2x adults and 2x children up to and including 15yrs old, or 1 adult and 3 children up to and including 15yrs old)
• One person in the party must be aged 21 years or over
• Accommodation will be located in an Ionian Eco Villages property.
• The accommodation is Self-Catering and includes the following:
  • Transfer from and to Zakynthos Airport
  • Welcome refreshments in the accommodation on arrival
  • Daily complimentary continental breakfast
  • Bed linen and bath towels
  • Cleaning services
  • Services of the Island Manager
  • Scheduled transports to and from local beaches
  • Use of beach towels, umbrellas and inflatables
  • Loyalty card for discounts at local businesses
  • Special volunteer activity programmes
  • A valid credit card must be presented at check in for incidentals (room service etc.)
• Please note travel insurance will need to be purchased independently
• Winners are responsible for passports and visas if applicable
• Winners are responsible for any recommended vaccinations
• Winner will be required to sign waivers/release forms prior to travelling.

13. Receipt of the Prize is conditional upon compliance by the Winner (and any guests) with any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations, as well as these Rules. Winning entrants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of these Rules and other terms and conditions and/or consents relating to the Prizes.
14. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Arrangement for the fulfillment of Prizes will be made by the Promoter who may put a third party in direct contact with the Winner to arrange details of the Prize.
15. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, it is unable to provide any stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value. All prizes are subject to the additional terms and conditions of the supplier.
16. The winning entrants agreed that the Promoter, Vue and their associated affiliates and subsidiaries and any other sponsors and prize providers shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the Prize awarded in the Competition, save that no party limits or excludes its liability for (i) death or personal injury due to its own negligence, (ii) fraud) or (ii) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which, or entrant or Winner who, breaches any of these Rules.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any stage if circumstances arise outside its control. In this event, a notice will be posted on the following websites: [https://www.myvue.com]
19. The Promoter, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies, and Vue cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any server, Internet access, system, post or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
20. The Promoter and Vue will not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to Winners and/or any guests and/or parents or legal guardians under these Rules if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the Promoter's and/or Vue's reasonable control (as applicable), including without limitation any delays or failures caused by (i) the activities of third party event organizers; or (ii) any form of transportation. For the avoidance of doubt, the affected Winner, entrant, guest or parent/guardian shall be solely liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of such delay.
21. The Promoter and Vue respect all entrants' privacy and the use and protection of the personal information (including any personal information provided by entrants). Please see Vue's Privacy Policy for important information relating to the collection and use of personal information from the relevant websites.
22. These Rules and the Competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
