Please help, computer very slow, virus??

I wuld really appreciate it if someone could help me. My laptop is just over a year old and is a vist. It is so slow and keeps freezing, I think I may have a virus.

I downloaded HIJACK THIS and this is the logfile, can someone help?

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan

Id seriously recommend uninstalling immunet and using AVAST or AVIRA free (from filehippo.com)

For AV I use and recommend MS Security Essentials, as it has a lot of positive feed back and to my experience it works well.

again its free and very reliable
it might also be worth looking at your startups

Gosh no, I have not had any calls like that, do you know if I can remove it and how?
