Mira Event XS Thermostatic Power Shower - Advice required please

Hello,
We recently bought a house that has a Mira Event XS Thermostatic Power Shower used in conjunction with a standard/conventional central heating system. i.e. hot water feed is taken from that stored in the copper cylinder and cold from a header tank.
We are contemplating changing our heating system (due to problems with the boiler) to a new condensing combi boiler.
My question is, would it still be possible for us to use the Mira Event XS Thermostatic Power Shower (albeit piped differently) with a combi boiler?
Thanks for any advice.

Not suitable for connecting to mains supply.

No because you may not pump mains irrespective of MIs which in this case probably say you'll damage it by stuffing mains pressure into it.
What makes you prefer a combi to a system boiler?
