Gas and Electricity deals

Hi all,

My price promise with BG is coming to an end with a letter that
with going to a price fix works out at £55 more than my last quarterly bill on gas, and about £20 on elec, the cheapest quote I have had is for E-on on a internet managed account, which is not a problem, the tarriff is cheaper than my present one, seems a good deal,
Q - is I seem to find alot of negative feedback about e-on, though i realize you are going to get this, are we just hearing the bad reports.
Anything I need to watch out for thoughts please on what seems like a good deal.

I was with e-on for several years without any problems; only switched for a better deal!

I am about to switch again as my deal with Scottish Power is just about up; but for me npower is coming out as the cheapest.
