Was reading local paper today and noticed this excellent piece of estate agent nonsense when describing a must view property. Won't quote exactly but it went something like this...
The kitchen / diner (note word diner) is particularly spacious. In fact it's big enough for a table and chairs.

I've seen stuff a lot more off topic than this.
We do get comments on particular houses people have seen on Rightmove etc so this is relevant.
