I think they are just too young to look after stuff like that. they go from robust plastic stuff that is indestructable to mega fragile electronics & they treat them both the same! Mine are 10 & 11 and getting craft type stuff, drawing materials, sweets, books and clothes. This is the first year I will not use credit and stick to a budget :eek:
I have already bought small gifts for all my nieces & nephews, OH & I will just be hoping for peace of mind!
Xmas dinner will be much as usual, me & OH always have lamb (probably a small roast) & the kids have chicken. Alway have xmas crackers as the kids love them so looking for a cheap box of those. Home made soup to start, maybe ice cream for dessert. We will stay at home and enjoy spending time together and watching old movies on TV.Proud to be dealing with my debts :j
