Ordered something online. It says it been delivered but it hasnt. What are my rights?

I ordered something quite expensive from very. I was meant to be delivered yesterday. However it wasn't but its showing delivered on the tracking. So basically when I phone them up they will tell me its delivered when I havnt actually recieved anything. I was in all day yesterday and nothing came.

What are my rights regarding this? They won't have a signature because nobody has signed for it.

Just want to know, before I phone up and complain.

The delivery company is home delivery network by the way.

Thanks in advance :)

Who's tracking system (The shop or the courier). If the shop, then the tracking system might just be ahead of itself

They might have a signature IF someone signed on your behalf (a neighbour for example)

If you phone up - then phone to enquire and not complain - I think you will get a lot further that way.

Home Delivery Network don't have the best rep. Hopefully this is a straightforward mistake and you get your package soon. Ring and find out what's happened :)

The consignment is the responsibility of the sender, until you accept delivery of the goods.
