Advice with Milk & More Voucher Issue

Hi,
Has anyone else had issues with the website https://www.milkandmore.co.uk where they claim to offer a "Free £10 Voucher" to purchase goods upto the value of £10, and is from what I can see a marketing gimmick in order to lure new customers in by misleading information.
The fact is, this site was promoted nationwide for being able to get £10 worth of free products when creating a new account. So, if there were any intentions of offering this stuff away as "Free" then why would they take any money from anyone's account, when the total cost of the goods were below the value of the voucher?
After complaining about this, I was further told that the cash could not be re-credited to my Bank Account, and could only be used in credit towards purchasing goods from their on-line shop.
Does this somewhat contradict what their terms and conditions state, in that any error's made on behalf of Milk & More when it comes to taking money out of someone's account, where in actual fact money should not of been taken out from the account, then it is therefore the customers right to have that money refunded back to their Bank Account it the form of cash, and not credit?
I would not mind, but I would of happily of kept my account open with the site, had they of not taken money out with which the voucher more then covered in the first place, and after further follow up, the website has not got such a good reputation as one is led to believe.
Any advice appreciated.

Terms and conditions No6 cover this, you must live in an area they can deliver to and the service can be withdrawn

OP, how did they take money from your bank account?
By Direct Debit?
If so, get onto your bank and tell them you want your money back.
You bank are bound by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which says, amongst other things, if money has been wrongly taken from your account the bank will refund you.
Just be sure the money has been wrongly taken first.0
