in Credit cards
Hi all, a friend of mine is considering this card, he has one credit card for the past 1 and half years with his bank, credit limit 3000, spends about 500 per month on it and pays it off in full each month, has a very clean history, hasnt made any new applications for the past 1 year.
As a student he receives an income form his parents approx 30k per year for his expenses, is he likely to get accepted for any of the new mbna cash back cards?
Has anyone being a student applied for this card or any other cash back card for that matter on the market and got accepted?

£30k a year for student "expenses"? That's...err... generous. Unfortunately, I don't think that would be counted as an actual income by any card issuer.0
