Met with them recently and I'm in sales and, please don't throw things at me, but I make in excess of £400k/ year. I'm fortunate, to be clear, but I work hard, I've studied sales and I've spent significant time, effort and energy on my career.
Just from the aggressive sales pitch I am quite confident they are a scam. The agent, let's call him 'Len' (not his real name), even went so far to tell me that they rarely don't find people jobs but that, in one case, a woman really was given great opportunities but turned them all down but still stuck around and he then described her as 'a lonely person'. What a d*ck.
Basically we took £26k of her hard earned cash, provided nothing and now we are going to slander her when she cannot defend herself.
To be clear: I did not go through the process with them. But there were a number of clear indications that they are lying and scamming - be aware that you will soon be parted with your hard earned cash. Its a tough job world out there and shame on them for trying to take people's money but also...shame on you, even if you have a good job, if you are not out there marketing yourself and keeping up your network. Which, incidentally, I am applying to myself in this instance.

Please don't use InterExec!
I paid the £25k for access to the "hidden jobs market" and was a client for over 12 months. In that time I secured only two head hunter meetings (these were exploratory meetings) and had zero interviews. I am still shocked by them and their attitude and willingness to be deceitful. Their website talks about their individual and company integrity, my experience is that nothing could be further from the truth. They take zero responsibility for the success of the programme, in their case cash is king! Towards the end of my programme I said to my Client Director that their model put all the risk with the client and his reply was that "I wish that I had thought of it". I relayed some of the negative messages listed on this forum and was told that they had been placed there by competitors. Well I am not a competitor, just a mug that fell for their "integrity"
Am happy to share my experiences and email traffic with anyone who is looking to use them0 -
I'm not a competitor, I'm an actual client, formally had a contract with them for 12 months (actually they didn't do anything for at least 6 of those 12 months).
They have been a real scam to me.
The agent, let's call him 'Len' (not his real name), he is the worst part of the company. He uses words as 'gentlemen agreement' to obtain your signature on the contract
He says that actually they keep on providing the service after the 12 months, it is not true.
He says that they can provide access to the hidden job market all over in the word, it is not true (not any single opportunity based in the target countries has been presented to me by them) .
He says that you have a 'day-to-day contact' with your Client Director, actullay I couldn't speak to him for months.0
