    WELL!!!!!!after 4 emails and not one reply, 8weeks later and the bag has unexpectedly
    arrived today:T:T:T must be the slowest, most unhelpful company i'v come across:mad:

    Thank you for your email.

    Unfortunately the items that you have ordered are no longer in stock and at present we do not have a stock replenishment date. As we are not aware of when we will receive further stock I have raised a cheque for 3 items that were ordered and a cheque will arrive with you shortly.

    Please accept my sincere apologies on this matter.

    I've just received a cheque through the post for £5.99 with a note attached saying customer refund

    can't find anything to say they actually took the funds in the 1st place
