    Still not got mine, but i did email readers digest yesterday. Got a response at 5.30 this morning from them. Saying they have received my order and it should be with me very soon.

    I emailed reader's digest to check on my order. They emailed me back this morning asking for my customer number so they can find my order. The thing is, I don't have one. I'm pretty sure I didn't get one, the order confirmation doesn't have one, or even an order reference number. As far as I know I have not registered an account with them.

    I've checked my credit card and the £5.99 is still pending rather than having actually been charged. I'm starting to think I won't be getting this deal :(

    Still not received mine,i just fired off an email to them too,i doubt we will all get them as it was posted on HUKD before it was posted here,so they probably have more orders than they had stock.

    I don't have a customer number either,i've never ordered from them before and as you say there's nothing in the email that i can see.

    I received mine today. Perfect bag, very nice leather, luxury colour, spacious, sturdy zippers, so pleased with it! I ordered at around 9.30 on Thursday, got a confirmation with no ref number, no despatch email and almost lost hope. But it turned up with UPS today. So good luck with your order!
