And should i be worried ?

Closing down my PC last night and got a small box on screen saying a CC3 was still running !
this came after the usual " shutting down " sreen message .
Help and advice welcome and appreciated !

    It may help to run Hijackthis from here
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/ .
    Run that with elevated rights, (shift key + right click run as administrator). Then post the log here, Dont try to do anything else with HijackThis just post the log. It only takes a few seconds.
    You do not say which version of windows you are running but the log will tell us anyway.

    Did that but when i did the run as administrator bit i just get a box saying , hijack this is already running !
    i click ok and just have my usual screen !

    Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
    Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
    Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
    Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
    If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan
