NEED HELP - Csl Mis sold/faulty sofa

at the beginning of the year we bought a sofa from Csl, We had to wait for it to be made and delievered. The colour we wanted the sofa in was only on a swatch they didnt have that colour in ANY stores they could name to us. The sofa we have bought is a regatta corner unit in teal, it has stripes that go vertically down the cusions and horizontally from front to back. When our sofa was delivered they guys bought it in and put it in place before leaving. as they were my partner (the one home at the time) realised some problems with the cushions. some had loose strings on them some had threads in the beading coming loose and releaving a white line in the middle of blue, green, grey or brown and the foot stool the lines run diagonally. Not at a 45 degree angle but enough that it passes through at least 2 stripes from front to back on the cushion (at the edge). He ran after the delivery guys but they had already set off so he immediately phoned CSL. They said they would send someone out from techinical services to have a look, which was ok other than one of us having to take a day off of work to allow this. the guy came and chopped off the loose strings hanging down and took a photo of the foot stood. We later got a phone call saying that the sofa was in line with design spec. My partner asked for a copy of the design spec posting to us and they said well we dont have one to hand. He has since been to the store we bought it from and complained as well as looking at the sofa in store and taking some pictures. The sofa in the store has a curvature of the foot stool cushion but in the middle where the cushion is fuller, and ends in the same place at back and front. One of the sales reps recognised us and came to chat, we eexplained our complaint and he said he totally agree'd. My partner agree'd to take some of the cushions into the store to show them the issues. The store manager also agree'd it was a fault (this all takes place over 2 week as Csl only phoned our house phone desite us giving them and asking them to ring our mobile as we are out of the house from 6am-7pm weekdays) after continuing to persue this the technical services dept still say there is no fault. We have said numerace times not only have csl store admitted a fault but even if it wasnt a fault we were not sold a sofa that was of satisfactor quality. It has been proven by reactions of the people in store and by friends and family visiting the house that most reasonable people would not accept the foot stool as it is.
(as Csl are still refusing to do anything what is your advice (the sofa is paid for by finance agreement so we have to pay that as they have already paid Csl or we get a bad credit rating plus more)
