Unpaid insurance charges

Over a year ago I had insurance with Hastings direct. I cancelled the insurance as they would not insure me on my new car. I received a bill for £136 to close the account which I agreed to pay I'n 2 instalments. I paid the first but forgot to pay the second. After a few months of no contact I got a letter from credit resource solutions for the outstanding balance of £58 plus £80 admin and late charges total £138. Bit annoyed about the extra £80 but was my fault so agreed to pay I'n 3 instalments. ('bare with me'), I paid the first £46 the first month and the next month rung to pay the outstanding £90, All paid off! A week later crs took £45 out of my account and after ringing them they said because I set up monthly agreement it was not cancelled but they would credit my account I'n 5 working days, after 5 working days nothing so I rung them and they said was error on their side and would 100% be there I'n 5 working days. It is now the 5th day and I still have nothing. Bare I'n mind I got charged £80 for paying them late, is there a way of me charging them late fees cause £45 is alot I'n the current climate?

Thankyou I'n advance for any replies!
