How Long For Admirial-MID Update?

I just got insurance with Admiral, but due to past experiences, I will NOT be driving the thing till I get some hard documents/show up on MID.

My question is, how long did it take for your car to show up, if any, with admiral, if not, with which ever company you are with? Admirial said by tomorrow, or a max of 48 hours BUT I couldn't find anything in the T&C regarding this...

Any clues?

    MID can take upto 7 days irc, I used to have to wait until the second week of the month to tax my motorcycle.

    Carry the paperwork with you if you are worried but I'd not stress about it.

    Took about 3 days with Elephant for me - wasn't pulled over in the meantime though

    Mercedes Benz (who use Aviva) provided me with a 7 day cover note, it was less than 24 hours before it was on MID.

    NFU took around 72 hours.. but as it was a friday late afternoon when i changed the car it was on the MID by tuesday so possibly only 24 hours.
