S.a.d

Hi all
i suffer with S.A.D quite bad but have noticed it lifting this last week any one else noticed that usually suffers?

    it's because there is more sunshine.. try a vitamin D supplement it is meant to help

  • My low moods are definitely worse in the winter.

    I am finding getting out for a good hour walking is helping. Regardless of the weather, it is the light and air that I find I need. Plus the exercise

  • hi all i take the vitamin d supliment plus some others, i have suffered this for yrs, its not as bad as it used to be but i feel like i have been released from something dark this week

    lets hope it carries on
  • Get outside. Festering under the duvet is no good for you whatever the season. Some good advice on going for a walk.

    I take vitamin D from September onwards, it definitely helps stop me hibernating.

    I've been waking up at 4:30 every morning for the last few days, a sure sign that the amount of daylight has changed significantly....
