My low moods are definitely worse in the winter.
I am finding getting out for a good hour walking is helping. Regardless of the weather, it is the light and air that I find I need. Plus the exercise

hi all i take the vitamin d supliment plus some others, i have suffered this for yrs, its not as bad as it used to be but i feel like i have been released from something dark this week

I take vitamin D from September onwards, it definitely helps stop me hibernating.
