It is a national charity so why can't they attend courses organised by the main charity? Do they need a manager to run the course or would be being sent on a course locally make more sense?

Shame the charity cant work out that if the shop is making 42k, they are still better off to spend 25k of that on a manager, than to close it all together....

It's to do with the economy - and some of the bureaucratic nonsense that disables people in this country from either starting a business, running a business, or participating in the glorious Big Society.

Why not post it in DEBATE house prices and economy then (as opposed to the house buying/selling/renting)?

This isn't a board about "economy" or "business", it's about HOUSES.

Does it matter where it goes? some of you need to relax and have a day off and if this is all you have to worry about then life is good.
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
