I signed up via homephonechoices.co.uk for £7.99/month for 12 month contract with 3p/min daytime calls and no additional features (I had caller display but am not prepared to pay £2.50 a month for it).
The transfer was done on 10th March. Caller display is still on the line.
I now see homephonechoices are quoting 4p/min for daytime calls and Primus' own site is now also quoting 4p/min (up from 3.5p/min) effective from 15th March.
Martin's pages are still showing 3p/min.
The price rises "are subject to change as specified in the Primus Saver terms and conditions" but how does this affect those who signed up via homephonechoices for daytime calls at 3p/min? Indeed, what are the T's and C's? I have not had any emails or correspondence from Primus or homephonechoices regarding my contract terms or tariff that I signed up to.
I am also concerned that they may charge for caller display even though I have not asked for it. Other customers have been charged because Primus had not removed the feature when requested. If you log into your account with Primus it does not seem possible to view your package details or what additional features are on your line.
I have emailed Primus asking for confirmation of my tariff, T's and C's and that I will not be charged for any additional features but, predictably, they have not replied.

They dont provide caller display for free.
Heres the T&C http://www.homephonechoices.co.uk/gfp/terms/terms.asp?termsid=230&partner=ns~guk-homephonechoices%2Eco%2Euk~bb51
As far as peak 01/02/03 calls are concerned you can avoid any increase by using www.18185.co.uk just 5p per call !0
