Just had my dinner sets delivered - they are fantastic. They come in a massive box and are such good quality. Another bonus is that they are actual 16 piece not 14 as stated. :j

Just had my parcels and got all my items (1 dinner set, 2 towels and 2 fleeces for my little ones) the dinner set is great value although the bowls are HUGE they are ideal for pasta. The towels and fleeces are brilliant value for £1 each. I honestly cannot think Disney is making anything on these items surely?

LOL I very nearly didnt have my dinner set though as the most miserable and scruffiest DHL delivery man I have ever seen practically threw it on my kitchen floor :mad: thank goodness it was SO well packed. Come to think of it- last week the courier who delivered my Boots order practically stepped in my house and opened the parcel for me - he was a bit too helpful!

Am really please this arrived today as it has cheered me up no end after finding out that M&S returned my order to stock as I didnt collect within 7 days :mad:

Fingers crossed all those still waiting get their full orders, I have to say that although I had a tracking number I still couldnt see where on Disney site I could find out exactly what was going to be in my parcel!

i'm jealous my dinner sets got cancelled that will teach me to not be such a good friend as they went from my basket whilst i was on the phone to a friend to see if she wanted me to order her anything

received the cookie jar and 5 towels this morning as well as a partial refund but nothing was removed? All look great quality for the price, really chuffed and looking forward to giving them to my sister's kids in a couple of weeks. Thanks again OP, gutted I missed the dinner set but glad to still have the rest

im gutted i ordered the snow white wardrobe doll it is on my invoice but missing from the box :mad: ive just rung shes going to ring me back

I just received 2 fleece blankets in box with invoice that also shows the dinner set.

Spoke to CS and she told me to look at the DHL label on the box and sure enough it says box 1 of 2. She said this does happen and box 2 with the dinner service should be with me shortly. :j

I rang customer services as I really don't want the 2 towels and only ordered them as a top up to the MAIN item ie the dinner set of course which they cancelled and refunded for

So CS lady advised me to refuse the parcel when it arrives and then they will issue a full refund when it gets returned to them ... She assured me the postage charge of £4.95 would be refunded too & gave me the number of the parcel for DHL so I send back the right one

Its okay if alls well that ends well & will be popping into the Disney Store itself from time to time when they have a wicked sale like this one

ive not had a cancellation email, or a paypal refund.
but no dispatch email either. i ordered at 11.39.
should i phone them?

Yep there is a dinner set and fleeces on there already! :mad: I looked earlier on today (very sad I know) I know it is SO annoying when you genuinely want something for your own use and people buy to make a profit but that is the way of the world unfortunately! I've felt like that many times- especially with concert tickets!

I did notice that a couple of the Disney sale items are now limited to 1 per order probably for that very reason!
