Quick - bargains to be had on disneystore website

I havnt had an email about my order yet, I ordered at 11:32am 16/03 and it seems people who ordered before me have had theirs cancelled so maybe it is just a matter of time

Does anyone know if you can track the order status? I logged in but cannot see anywhere to track it. The full amount was taken from my bank yesterday so still half living in hope of getting my dinner set!

Has anyone had despatch notice yet or even a delivery?

Just received my order. 2 lion king towels missing off the the order and refunded on the invoice. Also Puffles T-Shirt missing, which was invoiced. Customer service said this had already been refunded as they knew it was missing. Nice of them to let me know. Disney customer services up to their usual standard - absolute rubbish and couldn't care less because they are such a big company. Really disappointed in them - Yet again.

their website leaves alot to be desired, as does their customer service and delivery time. so many times ive expected a parcel within 5 working days only to get it 2 weeks later.... ive rang though and theyve given a refund but they seriously dont know what theyre doing there. not many sites these days dont have the option to see previous orders so theyre a bit in the dark ages if you ask me lol. they shouldnt accept payment if they cant complete the order. oh wait, il wait and see what happens.

I seem to remember when I ordered the toy story peas in a pod before Christmas that there was a delay in the order and they randomly refunded 1.00 back into my paypal account that I think was a bit like an apology payment as my order did eventually turn up. I recall the refund just appeared with no explanation but as I got my full order in the end I assume that is what it was for? Who knows lol! Did not order anything this time round, but good luck to those waiting.

I received a £5 refund into my Paypal account - So obviously no dinner set for me unfortunately

To be honest I would not have ordered the 2 towels if I had known I wouldn't get the £5 set as the postage isn't worth it so will be ringing them tomorrow and seeing if they can cancel the whole order

Pity alot of us won't get the £5 set by the looks of things ... If some do I presume it will be those who got their orders in first , not just randomly???

Anyway , still a great find , pity it didn't work out as am obviously disappointed - Just don't want to argue with them to get my refund on the towels...

Do you know if you can take them into the store for a refund as don't want to pay double postage sending them back if its too late to cancel which it probably is???

I had a feeling this offer wouldn't be straightforward and that I'll probably have a bit of a battle with them to sort out the refund if the set was OOS...

I placed my order @ 11.45am by the way

Just noticed I DID get a cancellation e-mail for the dinner set but I deleted it so was in my trash as it had NO SUBJECT MATTER / HEADER and was just from someone called Louise Powney

might be worth checking your e-mails again just to make sure as I always delete messages with no subject matter!

erm well ive just had my invoice and shipping note saying that EVERYTHING is on its way :eek: we shall see. so many times ive had a delivery from them with so much stuff missing. i ordered 2 of the dinner services, one cookie jar, one towel and a handy manny costume. the dinner services are both for me as i need new ones and theyre perfect for my family size and the amount of children i work with ... happy days if they come

I have just received an invoice and despatch note and nothing has been cancelled/refunded. One dinner set, one towel, one fleece blanket, one cookie jar all on way.
