This prize draw is open to UK residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Sara Lee Coffee & Tea UK Limited) its agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
No purchase necessary for entry to the draw.
To enter, participants must complete a series of 6 questions at https://www.douwe-egberts.co.uk/yourchoice and register their details when all questions are complete.
This prize draw will close at midnight on Friday 30th June 2011.
Only one entry per person will be accepted throughout the duration of this promotion.
Incorrectly completed or duplicate entries will not be processed and will not be entered into the prize draw.
The prize available is as follows; 2 nights in a suite in a Malmaison hotel of the winner's choice. Including a bottle of champagne on arrival and a 3 course dinner on one of the nights with a side each, coffee each and bottle of house white or red wine to share. The prize winner will also be given £500 for travel and spending money. Please see https://www.malmaison.com/ for a list of which cities Malmaison hotels are situated in.
The prize winner must arrange their own travel to and from the selected hotel.
The prize winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries under independent supervision and notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.
The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of notification of the prize winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason at their sole discretion.
No cash alternative is available.
If the prize winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
