Smile / Coop Online Service

Does anyone know if they are due to get an update to the online service anytime soon.
Its the worst online service i use by far, really irritating to use compared with some others.
When you look at what over card providers do like PIN online and the really good interfaces and then you look at Smile or Coop its like stepping back in time.
Has smile ever been updated since they started out?
When i say update i mean complete overhaul :eek:

I heard they are set to introduce more functions but this could take ages to implement. I on the otherhand find it very simple to use. Regarding the pin online-thought this only applied for Credit cards. Some people may see this function on the online system as a weakness.0
