Terms and Conditions
• The McDonald’s Open Farms prize draw will run on allaboutyou.com from 11th March for a three week period until 1st April.

• The closing date is 1st April 2011.

• Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of NatMags, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.

• Two winning families will be drawn randomly from all correct entries. There are two prize packages available.

• Each prize package will entitle up to four people (maximum two adults 18+, minimum one child) to attend the Open Farm visit and local restaurant tour. The prize is only open to children aged five years and over.

• The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by NatMags and McDonald’s relating to any post-winning publicity.

• Details of each prize package are as follows:
1. A family pass to a McDonald’s Open Farms visit in Yockleton, Shrewsbury on Friday 15th April. The prize can only be redeemed on 15th April 2011.

2. Travel for up to four people (maximum two adults, minimum one child) to and from the visit from a mainland UK location:
• Travel will comprise standard/economy return journey to Shrewsbury to the value of £250. Outbound travel must be taken on Thursday 14th April 2011 and return travel no later than Sunday 17th April 2011
• Where travel is to be provided by a third party – i.e. rail – the winners will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with the third party provider
• McDonald’s UK will only reimburse train tickets or the cost of petrol. Petrol will be reimbursed to the value of £200. Winning families must produce receipts as proof of purchase. McDonald’s UK will not refund the value of travel if no receipts can be produced

3. One overnight stay at a local hotel on Thursday 14th April:
• The participating hotel will be pre-selected by McDonald’s UK
• The prize can only be redeemed on Thursday 14th April 2011
• Families will be allocated a family room that sleeps a minimum of four persons
• Food consumed at the hotel will be at the participating family’s expense, but lunch will be provided at the McDonald’s restaurant as part of the visit and there will be refreshments at the farm
• Each prize includes £100 spending money. McDonald’s will provide the winning family with a cheque for the value of £100 in advance or transfer the money online

• McDonald’s will provide the prize in this competition.

• Proof of identity and age may be required.

• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives can be offered.
