Post Office card for Student?

Hi

I am currently a student whom wanted to do a balance transfer. I have found that the post office currently have a good offer.

I just wanted to know if I am eligible for one. What I mean is that can a student get one?(reason i ask, is that barclaycard is not for students, hence will be an automatic decline ever since they got rid of the student card)

I currently just just meet the miniumum annual income of £8000, it states you should have.

Just need to know if a student can get one? or if this goes against you like at barclaycard nowhere days.

Also if anyone know whom the search on the credit check?

Thanks

Do you not have any job? I always stated my job and didn't mention I was a student. I got every card I applied for.

I thought that this card was mainstrem. Have they relaxed there lending criteria if students are able to get this or something?

    What was your limit like?

Plenty of students do qualify for mainstream lending.

OP, I am a student and have the Post Office card, although I do have a higher income.
    Gone ... or have I?

On a high income. U must be doing well for a student. Usually they find it hard with tutuion fees, living costs. So have to budget.

Things must be moving on then.

I said I was on a higher income, certainly not a high income. You have a stereotypical idea of a student - few actually fit that description!

Alright no need to bite my head off now is there. Usually students dont have a Higher income due to not able to work full time and with the raise in living costs. That was my point.
