I'm not sure if this is a dupe of this one.Any opinions as I'm inclined to see it as a dupe.

I feel the 1st prize is runover several areas, and you may have to enter through your own watercompany as stated from the T's and C's


There is one 1st prize which is a national prize between all participating water companies (trip to Las Vegas) and two runner up prizes per participating water company

But i feel they are different as after checking both links, they are 2 different companies serving different areas of the country.
