Groupon Skybar voucher issue

Hi, I recently purchased the Voucher deal through Groupon for SkyBar on the 21st of Jan.. I am still to hear back from SkyBar on the booking confirmation. Just wondering if anyone has the similar problem ? When I messaged Groupon they advised me to be patient or they can re-imburse me through Groupon 'credit points' ?? It's just makes no sense ..

I've had the exact same problem, although Groupon told me to be patient but hasn't offered me a refund. I can understand that there are loads of bookings to sort out but it's really annoying that SkyBar cannot even let us know what is going on. I've emailed them twice before contacting Groupon, and have just tried again. Their lack of communication is driving me insane. :mad:0

Update: After reading the reviews on View London, I've decided to just request a refund now.0
