Hi,
Our offer on a property accepted and the Solicitors started the searches. By the end of first week we got result of environmental search. This states that there is a potential natural subsidence hazard in the property area. Also it is designated as Medium to High in hazard level.
Solicitor report suggest a Survey to be done on the property.
I would like to seek your esteemed advice on how to proceed on this matter.
We looked at the property and found no problem in there. Should a Survey help in this ? Or should we walk out?
Your reply would help to put mind at rest and help us to plan further action. Please !

You have instructed a solicitor and they have given you advice to have survey done. Why would you not get a survey done?
If you want to purchase the house, get a survey done. Be aware that if you do get a survey done it may show that there's a lot of problems which will cost a lot to fix.
Basically, spend the money now, it may save you loads of money in the long-term. It may not. It's a gamble and it's your gamble to take!0
