I think it's because I have never had to put oil in a gearbox and the filler is not bleedin' obvious. :eek:

the filler bung for the gearbox is not obvious on most cars especially rear wheel drive, they can only be accessed easilly with the car in the air.

At most i'd give him an hours labour and a tenner for oil.

Doesn't take an hour to pour in it and watch it leak out.
