    yes, usually a sign of infection unless you are using a work pc, check what the proxy is set to in ie, tools, internet options, connections

    Ok thanks. i am running another malware scan, if it still there,do I just follow those instructions?

    Why are you still running IE7? You should update to IE8 (and SP3 if you are running XP).
    IE8 is more secure.

    When i installed IE8, at the beginning of 09, my printer wouldn't work with it.. I will try again though. Am on vista.
