    I can look out of the windows at the front of my usual home and see a house much like that. It's even detached. A family of four lives there!

    Give it 20 years and four times the average salary will buy you this.....

    Which isn't as good a deal as it seems, because you'll still have to pay the caravan park an exorbitant rent to park it there as well. ;)

    It's better than a flat though.

    The kitchen's bigger than in many houses I've seen.... it's about the size of my friend's kitchen in her 4-bed detached that was built in 99/00.

    The houses for which many were queuing all day to view were not much bigger.

    Made of plywood too. So bad, I reckon they'll demolish them in a couple of weeks.

    The Ideal Home would cost 1/4 as much, give 2-3x more space, more parking and a bigger garden.
