There is no way you can check your own credit score unfortunately, but you can get a good idea by looking through your report and check for missed/late payments, length of credit history, make sure your balances are petty low as well..0 -

I did miss a payment once on a Littlewoods bill. I'd only just set up the account and had bought a few items. I set up a direct debit straight away do pay the balance off in full monthly. I had a letter saying the direct debit had been successfully set up so I thought nothing of it. My bill was due two weeks later and when I checked my bank statement they never took the money out :S
Few days later I have a letter from Littlewoods saying I've missed a payment even though this direct debit was set up to pay it off.
When I phoned they said I should have allowed at least 3 weeks for the direct debit to be set up (even though I'd had the letter saying It was already set up 2 weeks before).
Anyway, I paid the bill the next day without any charges or interest.
The guy said it shouldn't be logged against me.
Will that go down on my file even though it wasn't my fault?0 -

Yes it will go down on your file, also remember the Lloyds credit card is for very good credit scorers.
We don't have all the answers but my advice is 1 application wouldn't hurt your file so why don't you apply now online.0 -

Airmiles Duo / Premier
Platinum
Advance
Ring Lloyds and ask them they will tell you, I promise you
Can I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0
