Hi everyone i dont know if im posting on the right board but if not please feel free to move it to the right one

I was wondering is anyone on here an antiques dealer or fine art dealer as i have some paintings i would like to get valued but havent a clue where to start

Local auction houses usually do valuation days where you can take your stuff along for an opinion.

But those results don't actually answer the OP's question, do they? Which is probably why they posted on a forum.

yeah i have googled them loads of times before i asked on here but you get so many conflicting results that i just wanted an opinion of a professional, booked an appointment with an auction house near to me now.

The paintings i have are apparently by famous painters but i dont think they are originals but reproductions on canvas which acorrding to google are still worth a bit of money so fingers crossed
