So we have just had our offer on a gorgeous little flat accepted!!:j
Now I am officially bricking it... it finally is all real!! We are first time buyers and would appreciate just a little guidance...
Just a bit unsure as to what to do now and in what order! Solicitors, surveys, mortgage etc but what is the most sensible way to go from here?
I am now a very excited but nervous Buyer!!!!!

It'll cost you more than you budget for in both short term and medium term, but having somewhere to call home is the most amazing feeling ever
Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 20370 -
Speak to your mortgage adviser and instruct your solicitor and they will tell you what to do. Give your solicitor details to the estate agent. That's about it really to get started
