Hey all,
I've had a look through the threads for a simple gammon recipe and I've not had too much luck. Found the one's on the slowcooker thread, but they're not much good as my Gran has borrowed my SC while she recovers...
The problem is, I'm staying in a cottage with OH for the weekend:j , so I wont be sure of the oven. Also, I wont want to spend forever patting on 15 different ingredients (which is why I don't wanna do my fav Delia recipe)
Anyway, long story short - does anyone have a simple recipe for cooking gammon which I can do in an unfamiliar kitchen without having to take half a kitchen worth of ingredients and gadgets with me?
Many thanks in advance!:T
