Ryanair and Neteller prepaid mastercard

in Credit cards
Hi, late on Friday evening ( 11/03/2011) I purchased some flights from Ryanair using this new (to me) Neteller prepaid credit card which I had applied for especially for this type of thing.
I read all the gumpf before applying from MSE.com and can remember comments being made about how unfriendly it is to use. I can vouch for that. I found the whole ordeal just hideous. Anyway, after some initial complications (I wasn't sure whether I should be using the physical card or the virtual one as neither were working) I eventually made a successful payment using the numbers from the physical card itself.
However, despite it going through and receiving a confirmation number and the confirmation screen confirming the amount I had paid and that the amount I owed was £0 I am yet to receive the confirmation email from Ryanair. On top of that, rather worryingly there is no record of the transaction showing in my Neteller online account (not even as 'pending' like other people have mentioned in another thread).
On the Ryanair confirmation screen I stupidly forgot to note down the confirmation number but have since gone back in via 'manage my booking' and used the other details to access my flights but it claims there is no record of me.
I'm kind of holding out for that standard 3-day window and am hoping/praying that it goes through tomorrow but I need a little assistance in answering whether I am being stupid holding out for nothing or if anyone else has experienced this?
Many thanks

I had the same problem, but with another card. I think the problem lies with Ryanair not Neteller. Ryanair website is the worse and slowest, when they have good deals on.0

Hi guys,
Did Ryanair end up tracking your bookings? I'm looking into getting the same card in the hope of avoiding Ryanair's scandalous card charges!

I didnt want to take any chances so I phoned Ryanair in the end - they said they could see I had "some trouble" in making payment and that it hadn't gone through. I just ran it through again and this time it went straight through immediately, but I would never have known unless I phoned the robbing gits.:money: - Helping me understand the concept of money ....0

No administration fee applies to bookings paid for by MasterCard Prepaid Card (excluding UK MasterCard Prepaid)
The Neteller card no longer works
When you select Prepaid Mastercard it says £0 fees, but when you select UK it adds £6.
So the entire world can use it for free, but the UK cannot0 -

Hardly news given the large amount of coverage there has been recently of Ryanair's switch to it's own pre-paid Mastercard for fee-free booking.0
